It is located at the in Düzköy village of Artvin province and it is 8 km far to
Borçka Town of Artvin. The project, a channel type HEPP, consists of regulator,
2385 long water delivery channel,235 m long penstock pipes, power station
building ,discharge channel and pumped-storage. It is planned to generate
average 31,85 31,85 GWh annually with 7,77 MWe installed power.The
project has commenced in 2010 and completed on April of 2013,
